MESSRS HOGGARTS, NORTON and OAKLEY have received instructions to offer for SALE at the Auction Mart. on THIS DAY, June 6, at 12, in one lot, by direction of the .... in Trust, BLAKES FARM, a valuable Freehold Estate, delightfully situated at Toothill, in the parish of Stanford Rivers, near Ongar, about eight miles from Brentwood, and five from Epping, in a fine part of the county of Essex. It comprises a substantial brick-built residence, containing five bed chambers, dining room, parlour, attached and detached offices, stabling and chaise house, large productive garden, and an enclosure of fine old meadow land; also several enclosures of most productive meadow land, with good farm house, farm-yard, cattle sheds, and all useful agricultural buildings, five cottages with large gardens, the whole containing 43a.1r.39p.
