He has no known grave and is commemorated on the
Thiepval Memorial, France.
He was the son of Mr and Mrs F. Green, of Surrey Cottages,
Stanford Rivers. He was born in Epping and later resided at North Weald.
His name is also commemorated on the war memorial at
North Weald Church.
