National Survey of Medieval Stained Glass
The Corpus Vitrearum Medii Aevi (CVMA) is the international research project dedicated to recording medieval stained glass. In Great Britain, the CVMA is a British Academy Research Project, hosted by the Centre for Medieval Studies at the University of York.
Essex is well represented, with excellent pictures. Search by parish. The section for Theydon Mount has images of the stained glass in Hill Hall. There are 13 images for St. Andrew’s, Greensted, 12 images for St Michael’s, Theydon Mount.
There are no images for Stanford Rivers and Stapleford Tawney,
