The High Country History Group is a treasure because it brings people together not only for interesting monthly talks but also the opportunity to share over a cup of tea. In some circles this is called ‘networking’ but in others it is simply the opportunity to meet and have an enjoyable evening’s good company. In order to widen our net we have set up a free to use website called a blog – a bit like an online diary – so that we can advertise events, post news and, hopefully, receive messages from people around the corner and around the world.
