Victorian Post Boxes (an update)

Following the article in the last newsletter it would appear that several Victorian pillar boxes survive in the district and which are still in use.

They are located at:

The Old School House, Bobbingworth
The Old School House, Stapleford Tawney
Bush Hall Farm, High Laver, andvv

Member Andrew Smith spotted one at Ingatestone, in the High Street, junction with New Road.

Another on the wall of the Marriage Feast Room at Matching Green has the cipher of Edward VII [1903 -1910]
