(Central Ontario Regiment). He died on 8 October 1916. He has no known grave
and is commemorated on the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, France.
He was the son of Charles Alfred Millbank and the late Susannah Millbank,
of New House Farm, Toot Hill.
His nationality is recorded by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission as
Canadian.
