Hangard Communal Cemetery Extension.
William was born in 1891 in Stanford Rivers. He was one of 11 children of
William and Mary Ann Aldridge, who lived at 27 Hare Street, Little End,
Stanford Rivers.
At the time of the 1911 Census he was employed as a farm labourer.
